Rasputina is a cello-driven band based in New York that is renowned for their unconventional and quirky music style as well as their fascination with historical allegories and fashion, especially those pertaining to the Victorian era.

Steamcon IV is proud to honor Airship Award winning artist, Joe Benitez as Artist Guest of Honor! Joe is the artist/creator of the fabulous Lady Mechanika comic.

Steamcon IV is proud to announce that Kim Newman has graciously agreed to be our Author Guest of Honor. His book Anno Dracula fits this year's theme of Victorian Monsters perfectly. The Steamcon IV website
